Congratulations to our Member of the Week, Sam! Sam is a kind and gentle person with a fun-loving personality and a warm smile that brightens everyone's day. He loves playing UNO and always enjoys a little friendly competition—especially if he's the winner! Sam also enjoys playing ping pong, singing and dancing to every word at karaoke, and volunteering whenever he can at Bristol Glen. He is an active participant in the Special Olympics and is especially talented at bocce. Sam's friendliness and love for being around others make him a wonderful part of our community. Congratulations, Sam! This week is all about you!

This week, we're excited to recognize Jimmy as our Member of the Week! Jimmy is known for his friendly personality and positive attitude. He always brings a welcoming energy to PBP and enjoys spending time with everyone around him. Whether he's challenging staff to a game of chess, joining in on board games, participating in our kitchen sessions, or simply socializing with others, Jimmy is always ready to engage. Outside of PBP, Jimmy is dedicated to his job at the greenhouse, where his hard work and commitment shine. When he's not working or with us, he loves spending quality time with his family. Jimmy's kindness and warm spirit make him a valued part of our community. We are so thankful to have him as a member of the PBP family. Congratulations, Jimmy, we’re proud to celebrate you this week!

This week's Member of the Week is Joe! Joe is the kind of person who lights up every room with his outgoing personality, great sense of humor, and genuine heart. Whether he's making people laugh, cheering on his friends, or lending a helping hand, Joe is an all-around great guy who makes our community better just by being himself. An athletic and determined individual, Joe loves participating in the Special Olympics, where he demonstrates dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship. When he's not competing, you'll likely find him spending quality time with his friends and family—something he truly values. Joe is also incredibly proud to be a Knight with the Knights of Columbus, an organization that reflects his commitment to faith, service, and community. Her friendly personality and positive attitude brighten every room she enters, and she consistently shows care and compassion toward those around her. Alexa’s ability to connect with others and create a sense of belonging makes her a wonderful part of our community. We are so thankful for all the joy, kindness, and friendship she brings, and we are proud to recognize her this week!

This week, we are happy to recognize Scott as our Member of the Week! Scott is known for his calm demeanor, friendly personality, and kind heart. He enjoys spending time with others and is a valued part of our community. We are proud of his many years of employment at Weis Markets in Newton and admire his dedication and hard work. We love supporting Scott at his job and spending time with him during the week at our community center. Scott gets along well with everyone, fits in wherever he goes, and always treats others with kindness and respect. Here’s to you Scott! We love you!

This week, we are excited to recognize Kristin as our Member of the Week! Kristin is a talented and creative artist who especially loves drawing and bringing her imagination to life. One of her most impressive talents is creating life-size dragons for staff and friends, expressing her incredible creativity and attention to detail. Kristin is also known for her kindness and empathy. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her friends and is always ready to offer support and encouragement. In addition to her artistic talents, Kristin enjoys cleaning and organizing. You can often find her helping others tidy up and create neat, welcoming spaces. Kristin’s caring nature, creativity, and willingness to help make her a valued member of our organization. Congratulations, Kristin! We love you!

This week, we are so excited to celebrate our wonderful friend, Shawn! Shawn is a kind and caring young man who is deeply passionate about his family and friends. He loves giving back by volunteering in the community and is always ready for a new adventure. Shawn also has a huge love for music, especially karaoke! One of the most special things about Shawn is his strong love for God. His faith plays a very important role in his life and shines through in the care he shows to everyone around him. Shawn enjoys learning more about his faith and sharing that joy with others. We are so thankful to spend our days with Shawn and love learning new things about him all the time.
